In this context, we will provide you with a list of all your employees' traveller profiles in electronic and unencrypted form. This traveller profile list contains the names, first names, e-mail address-es and cost centres (if available) of all your employees who have a traveller profile with us. The purpose of sending the traveller profile list is to clean up and update the traveller profiles of your employees.
Thank you for your trust and the good cooperation.
