What you will do
- Handle customer enquiries by e-mail and telephone.
- Make travel reservations and calculate prices.
- Respond to all service requests in accordance with our customers' travel guidelines.
- Ensure that all aspects of a reservation (ticketing, visas, payments) are completed on time.
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training (CFC), travel agency
- Professional experience
- French and English (good knowledge), German (an asset)
- Experienced in Amadeus
- Very good sense of business
- High quality of service, commitment, resistance to stress
- Team spirit, flexibility
- Good knowledge of systems in both web and Office applications
